Human papillomavirus associated squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck
Aim: To implement the HPV genotyping method of fresh head and neck cancer samples in our laboratory. More than half of the patients recognized being chronic alcohol and tobacco users. Conclusions: The genotyping method was validated according to kit instructions.
